HyrosReviews of hyros.com

Best traffic/revenue tracking software, I really tried with so many other cheaper alternatives and Hyros is better.

Responsive support, I had a tech advisor who followed me through all the process. Data is clear and making me having more time to manage my business

First of all: the support Hyros provides is exceptional. I have never had this with any other service we use. Our account manager Raoul goes above and beyond. Answers every question oftentimes in seconds (not kidding) and even if he is out of office, there is always anybody jumping in. And it is not this kind of support where you get crazy because the person is not really listening or has no idea about the product. He knows Hyros really well and if something is out of his scope, you get answers from the developers or the person who knows within a day or so. So yeah, I would say the support is a huge reason we stay with Hyros because it really can get frustrating, even if you have a really good tool like Hyros, if you have problems and don't find any help. We used Segmetrics before but never got something out of it and the support there is not even close to what you will experience at Hyros. So I'm very happy to pay more. That said, Hyros itself is a great tool that gets constantly improved. They are releasing new features and improvements every other week. Further you get webinars from amazing experts in how to make better media buying. So Hyros is totally worth the price, even though I don't like their price structure. So they really know how to get your money ;) - but well, still worth it. We could improve our ads massively and so the money is coming back in.

Great onboarding, useful tool. Lets see how it would improve performance. I just started. Andrei was very helpful

2 plus years of experience with Hyros so far. The support team has been solid and responsive—always helpful when we need it. We especially love the Chrome extension; it makes navigating the platform and viewing attribution data super efficient. What really stands out is their flexibility—they've been willing to work with our specific tech stack and setup, which we really appreciate. Overall, Hyros has been a reliable tool and a great partner in helping us track and optimize our ad performance.

We’ve only recently started using Hyros, but we’ve been absolutely thrilled from the very beginning. During our first consultation call, we were incredibly well guided. The perfect solution for us was identified right away. The setup process was super easy and quick. Our advisor Jamie walked us through everything. It was incredibly simple to connect all our programs and apps with Hyros. The response times in the chat are extremely fast. You get a reply within moments, and they help you with any challenge. The platform itself is fantastic — very well structured and easy to navigate. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for. It also has an integrated chat, and the team is always available. We are very, very impressed, especially since we used a different tracking software before, where the service left a lot to be desired. On top of that, the previous platform wasn’t that great from a technical perspective either. With Hyros, we can truly recommend it to every marketer and every company that wants to scale their Ads. You’re in excellent hands here. Full recommendation — thank you once again. Absolutely professional, there’s nothing else to say. It’s definitely something we would recommend again and again.

I’ve been using Hyros since March 2023, and I can confidently say there’s a clear before and after. Everything became so much easier, reporting, optimization, AI remarketing, you name it. Huge shoutout to Jamie and Marcelo, who’ve been supporting us since day one. Highly, highly recommended.

Support is not existing. I used hyros for 3 months, and still Im not able to track correctly my leads. I ask help to my customer success manager which does not even remember what set up we have after 3 months and does reply with same answers like a bot. Useless
