Really happy with the product I ordered from Hyperice. However the shipment process was lagging compared to other online retailers. I, the customer wasn’t given any choice on shipment speed or understanding how long shipment would take. I never received an email with shipment notification or details. When I contacted company a week later, I was told there was a processing mishap with the order and. It seemed only after I contacted them and they looked into the issue, did the order get back on track. After contacting them two days later because no shipping info was provided, I received a tracking number that didn’t work. However, two days later my package did arrive.

As a physical therapist, I'm not much into gimmicky items. Hypervolt plus is anything but. It's one of the greatest things I've used in my 25 years of practice. My business partner and I were fighting over who gets to take it home on the weekends. We quickly decided to buy a second unit.

Absolutely terrible. I didn’t get everything I ordered. Had to reach out via phone or email numerous amount of times. And what was sent to me wasn’t even correct. Ended up having to get refunds for half of the stuff I did order. Not a good experience at all. Especially being a professional athlete myself and depending on these things to keep my body right. Get it together in that warehouse y’all got.

lovely stuff. Wanted a hypervolt for a year and now I finally get it!

I like the hypervolt a lot as do my athletes. My athletes also like the hypersphere. However, I wish it was more durable. An athlete was massaging his pec minor against a wall and it slipped and broke open. We were able to get it back together but there is still something rattling around inside. As far as customer service is concerned, they mostly respond to the chat or email. I prefer talking to a person over the phone when I have issues. Overall, I like the products.

I bought both the VYPER and the HYPERICE. I use them on my body and also in my practice as a PT. I highly recommend for tight muscles and trigger points.

The Hypervolt has NOT disappointed. My girlfriend has absolutely loved it. It is a high quality product that is worth the price tag. For something like this, don't settle for the Amazon knockoffs. If you want to invest in quality, invest in this.
