There was some issue regarding my order (wrong item received). I contacted Customer Service, and she was very understanding and helpful. It was nice to deal with someone who is sympathetic and efficient. Hygger Aquarium is a good company. I've bought many things from them, and am very pleased with all the purchases I made.

Customer service is top tier! They were super helpful getting me some back up replacement parts, and even reached out to make sure I did receive them.

They warrantied my filter in a quickly almost no hassle way. The only issue I had waa taking a video of it not working. But I get they need to see that it malfunctioned.

I have been very pleased with Hygger. I initially received a defective unit and they went out of their way to quickly send me a replacement. The replacement unit is perfect and working great. I would rate their customer service team 5 stars. Happy to have a clean aquarium!

Purchased hygger Aquarium Heater a good few years ago and its worked OK, fluctuate temperature but nothing drastic. Today that changed it overheated in the sump and the outer case gave off black toxic smoke, to the point it set off the smoke detection in the hallway. Tanks now crashed lost the lot. Estimated loss £5000
