Junk! These letters peeled in weeks and customer service essentially said it was my fault for using hand sanitizer or creams. Except I don't. Also avoiding these products isn't posted ANYWHERE on their site. They recently started deleting my negative reviews from their FB page and blocked me from commenting. If they think I'm going to let this go they are very very wrong. Notice all the good reviews say invited. These are people who received the bottle for free and were asked to write a good review.

Okay product but AWFUL customer service. Plenty of companies that offer similar products.

On Feb 19th I ordered purple gallon straw and clear gallon straw bottles for my daughter and I. We are in two different cities and we both received them on the same day, Feb 26th! We are so pleased with them, not hard to carry around. I love that there are two options to carry the bottle, 1) use the handle, or 2) use the strap that is around the screw top. Thank you!

Just bought 3 Hydromate 2 large and 1 medium size. The large ones are very cumbersome, and heavy to drink out of. I only opened the 1 large one. I wrote company saying I wanted to return the one I didn't open, they don't care I am unhappy they don't take any returns. Won't buy from them again

I love the glass water bottles. I brought one and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for myself and another for my spouse. The one for my spouse included a cover. The reason for 4 stars is that the glass bottle with that is enclosed with the plastic case - the case is supposedly removable, but we could not remove it. Even with the wrench that’s included, we could not remove it. That was disappointing. I would recommend buying the bottles without the plastic case.

Everything was great , it came in on time as well .

Customer service is horrible! Product is decent, in regards to, quality. Just don't have any issues b/c they do nothing to resolve them. Save yourself the time and trouble.

I just purchased my first Hydromate water bottle and I am in love! I love the motivational writing on the bottle that helps you to stay on track throughout the day and the color selection is fantastic! I also purchased one for my husband as he was recently in the hospital for a kidney stone and needed to increase his water intake. After just one day he is already noticing a difference in how he feels all thanks to Hydromate! We purchased the half gallon this time but something tells me we will be purchasing the gallon soon!
