I bought my 64 oz water bottle in January 2021, it's now end of March 2021 and it is cracked on both seams at the top and leaks all over. I did not drop it, put it in the fridge or freezer as recommended, and I have always hand washed it. I emailed customer service and all they did was offer 15% off on a new one but why would I buy a new one when this one was crap.

I only gonna said that this is one off my best investment I’m so happy with this purchase and the benefits I’m getting from I normally love drink water but with this bottle I’m dóblele the quantity and now my kids are on it too I just order them.. Thank you so much looking for add more to my colección.!! I put my kids on it... Now I’m putting my husband.. and of course gotta get a new color for me 💕 thank you so much.!!

I couldn't be more happier when I seeing this jug I've been through a few others that leaves me having to change t shirts quite often because they leak out but nevertheless I've found wat I been wanting with hydromate jug!!!!

I ordered a water bottle as a gift for my friend. When she received it, there were tiny pieces of glass all over the inside of the water bottle. We contacted the company via email (there is no phone number) and the response from Jessica was sarcastic, rude, and dismissive. She claimed it was not their problem and refused to replace the water bottle. These products are unsafe and the company does not stand behind their product.

Great product I use everyday, helps me keep on tract with water intake.

This company does not stand behind their product and is ok with putting their customers in danger. I was so excited to receive one of their glass water bottles as a gift, as it was something I had asked for. When I opened the bottle for the first time I noticed right away that there were tiny pieces of glass all over the inside walls of the bottle. There were hundreds. I contacted the company and was basically told it was not their problem and to wash the glass out. No matter how many times I washed it, I still felt little pieces of glass on the inside of the bottle. They refused to replace the bottle for me (even though I offered to pay to shop this one back for them to look at) and the customer service was awful. Jessica was very rude and dismissive and seemed perfectly ok with me drinking glass. I have never dealt with a company that has been this rude, dismissive, and irresponsible.

Got my first water bottle yesterday it was for my daughter. She told me is best water bottle she has ever use. I can't wait to get mine is on the way. Definitely recommend it customer service is amazing. Customer for life Mirza Hernandez
