It's important to understand exactly how the Hydro Bottle works. I've spoken with the company to describe how they could better explain the process of making your hydrogen water. First, you DO NOT need the hydrogen tablets to make Hydro water when using the electrolysis generator built into the base. Because of the design, I assumed that you had to place a tablet in the center of the generator. The tablets create the same amount of hydrogen when placed in a glass of water. They're great for traveling. The second thing is timing. Regardless of what you might read elsewhere on Hydro's website, if you use the generator, when the light goes off, the water is ready to drink (after a vigorous shaking). It only takes about five (5) minutes. You can put the water through a second cycle, but any more is discouraged. The customer service reps were terrific in answering all the questions I had. I intend to use the Hydro Bottle twice every day!

My bottle broke while hydrogenating after only a few weeks of receiving it. Meliska informed that the issue did not fall under the scope of the warranty; however, she did offer to replace the bottle anyway. I am extremely pleased with Hydroh Bottle and am thankful they go the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

I had purchased 2 bottles. I gave one to my brother. He has raved about it and then I began to use it also. One of them fell over on the counter and got a Crack in it. I put a request in to see if I could purchase a replacement of the glass part. I found they don't sell parts but the fantastic customer service person, John says they will send a new unit. I feel truly blessed by great customer service!!

I must admit I was a horrible water drinker before I got my Hydro Bottle. I was also struggling with fatigue. Since I started using the Hydro Bottle I now consume at least 5 or 6 bottles of water a day and I am energized.

We bought two Hydroh bottles but they weren’t charging correctly. I emailed support several times and added videos and they were able to send us replacement bottles free of charge, which we received quickly. We love our bottles! I love this product. I recently knocked my bottle over and it shattered. I reached out to the customer service department and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am so confident in this product I plan on interesting in the larger size generators as well

I love my Hydroh Hydrogen Water jug and bottle! I purchased it because of the potential health benefits that it offers. I purchased the water jug and got a water bottle free. I'd had the bottle for about a month, and wouldn't you know it, I broke it. After I washed it, it slipped from my hand. I believed that a loss caused by myself wouldn't be covered by a warranty, but I inquired about it anyway. The next day, I receive a very nice email from Amelia in Customer Support, advising me that my issue did fall outside the scope of their warranty policy. However!! They were sending me a replacement, as a gesture of goodwill! How awesome is that!!? That is so awesome, to have a company that was concerned enough to ensure that I was satisfied; a company where customer service mattered; a company that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customer, although they didn't have to.
