Didn’t get one item in my order though I don’t think it’s Hydreight’s fault. I think it was the delivery driver BUT it could be that they didn’t translate all items to the supplier.

Maybe a general overview of the steps to fully launch out in bulletin points in a separate email. I personally missed the some of the steps and had to come back

Missing safety item in shipment still has not shipped. Many add in vitamins and peptides “sold out”. I do not have the ingredients to make specific IV drips.

Truly a turn key experience setting up. If you have difficulties there are a number of Hydreight employees on standby waiting to help and answer any questions you have.

Medication came is faster than expected.

Everything is on back order.. no way to complete a proper IV with what they have…. So unfortunate.. the renewal day to charge me is right under a year and there is a delay of product for like a month.. and it’s ongoing…not much room to really grow as a business.

App is difficult to navigate. Slow delivery. I can’t get anyone on the phone only by email which is not responded to in a reasonable time frame. We need phone numbers! How can you possible run this type of business without phone numbers?!
