Don't shoot I am buYing grocery.

I would rate the online grocery pick up a zero out of five if I could we waited there for door dash for over an hour they were running late very low staffed and I’m going to get dinged because of it. It was the savage one in Minnesota but I’m guessing they are all runner the same , they won’t do anything about it. Terrible store one of the worst places I’ve ever picked up from for door Dash one of the most slow places for online pick up. HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED!!!

I was sad to read all the negative reviews about HyVee. It looks like most of them involve picking up or delivery. For us we have been going to the New Hope MN store for 3 years or so. We love the pharmacy where we have gotten all our shots and boosters and regularly fill RX. They are very nice and efficient. We buy our groceries inside the store and never have issues, some out of stock items but that is everywhere. Like that it's an employee owned franchise. Bakery is really great!

I tripped badly coming out of Eagan Hyvee recently, and they had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for how I loaded my cart. The employees knew the uneven pavement was an issue, but in the end their representative Melissa Maas told me while they knew there was an issue, they did not know it was where I tripped, which was right outside their main front door. What an incredible liar Melissa is.

Ordered Hy-vee mealtime to go. No one had any knowledge of my order I paid for and didn't answer the phone. We had to go inside and wait for them to make it. They just brought out half the order not cooked so more waiting. Food was not very good. Not recommended.

The experience was good and bad they need to listen more at the customer service they need to fix their copying machine every time we go in there to copy it's broken and we had to wait a long time and people went around us and we were the first ones there we won't be be back thank you Megan

Hy-Vee aisles online sucks. To be more specific, the people who shop your order f-ing suck. I put in a weekly order of $200 and they are constantly missing items that I order. So I call them after my order is done and ask them about the missing items, they then tell me that they’ll go look again….and when they call me back, they found all of my missing items. Why the f&@k didn’t you find them the first time? How, all of a sudden do they magically appear? EVERY. F-ING. ORDER. I talk to the managers and of course that does no good. Don’t waste your time with this service. All of the employees are under trained, inexperienced, lazy people who don’t give two sh!ts if they do their job or find your groceries.
