Great platform! I can create my own project and add tasks. I can also correct my time for each tasks. It provides screenshots of the activities on your screen. I will recommend this to my colleagues.

Hubstaff is such a great platform!!! I've used them for 4 years now. I run 2 companies and both of them are work-at-home companies. Before I started using them, the productivity of my staff was terrible. After i started using them, it turned around dramatically. There is no way for employees to lie to you and tell you they're working when they're not. I have fired 3 employees that could not stay on task even though there's a screenshot of their desktop every 10 minutes. But it has saved the jobs of several other employees that now stay on task when I don't believe that they were before. I think that hubstaff does a good job of keeping honest people honest. It's hard to work from home and keep working. I would use it in an office setting too.

I started using Hubstaff after struggling to get my time sheets complete. I found that the app wasn't what i needed to solve this problem. So I followed the instructions on the portal to try and cancel the subscription at the end of June expecting there to be a 30 day cancellation period and not be recharged. I was charged until November when i realized that i was still being charged on my credit card statement. I rang American Express and disputed the charges and put a stop to any future charges. I have now spent many hours probably 40 hours trying to get the charge of £33.96 refunded. I received a email from Tyler Sellhorn - Director of Customer Experience after I gave poor feedback but still have not received a refund. I have had to send a email to support constantly for the last 2 months will little movement either way. Hubstaff had advised that my account was not cancelled but moved to a "free" account. If it is a free account why have i continued to be charged. I am disappointed i ever signed up. Hubstaff did offer me 40% discount or a month free trial if i came back. But after lack of response from Tyler Sellhorn and the refusal to refund the charges i don't feel this is a trust worthy company to work with. The software for Android was very limited and did not record the correct times. I moved to SmarterTime for Android which is much better, has better functionality and is also free of charge.

Great tool and have a lot of options to manage time and organize things in a meaningful way. Very easy-to-use interface with the ability to collab with other is a big plus. Thanks

I am not doing something correct. I need some help here.

I am very upset that Hubstaff was taking screenshots of my desktop without my consent. No where from the homepage to the point of downloading the app does it explicitly inform you that that is what it is doing. I only found out by chance.
