There members area is constantly down. Like literally down right now. You know, the thing that we pay money to access? The order page is working fine though of course. Hubstaff doesn't care about it's customers. Look for another platform.

Your profile gets accepted when copy/pasting content with poor grammar and errors from other freelancers' profile. However when you try to edit your About Me page to reflect your actual skills and background, it gets rejected. No support whatsoever. So you have to make guesswork and hope someone in India will accept what you've written even if that person has no clue about your industry.

I had a billing issue, my fault. This company rectified the issue in a manner and timeframe that was amazing and greatly appreciated.

This place has awful management and customer service. Igor, Zach, Patryja are all awful people to speak to. please use a different system where your needs are actually taken care of. Really wanted to use this system but the customer service is awful. Ogbe A was the only person who was helpful. He deserves a raise.

We switched to remote working model since 2020, our overall productivity declined due to unattended employee management. Hub Staff made my job easier and the whole team reporting is accurate now. Highly recommended software for work force management.
