I received help
Though help finally arrived, it took me at least 3 tries on different tools on your platform, to get a reply from anybody. After that, the staff member was really helpful.

Need some changes but overall it's a lot better than other companies
UI Design it's not perfect. I think it would be amazing if you develop some key functions and features for better results.
