Amazing contacts
Amazing contacts, customer services, and everything. I really recommend them and am so glad i bought contacts from them and continue to buy contacts!

Want my money back
I sent contacts back to Hubble , bc after the trial pack, I canceled the free trial. I could not see out of them. Hubble still charged my credit card. I sent them back and I have not received my money.

Called to cancel subscription after finding worms last year, but subscription was never canceled.
After receiving a shipment books with some sort of worms, i called to cancel my subscription late last year. Moved early this year and thought everything was ok. Just found out my subscription is still active and they are refusing to refund my money without my sending the contacts back. How can i send them back if the contacts are being delivered to the wrong house? Should i run after the delivery truck and track it down? When should i do this? Before or after working my 60 hr/week overnight job? Maybe after i finish my school work that i need to do to keep my job? Or maybe between taking care of my mum? Absolutely ridiculous. The only response I've gotten is to call to cancel, like i didn't already do that LAST YEAR and nothing happened!
