Yes I am giving them 4 stars but that is not actually a good thing. They never contacted my doctor. If they had they would have found out my script had actually expired. I didn't know this when I first sent it to them but when I called to get my actual script filled with real contacts at my doc I found out when they wouldn't fill them. I asked my doc about hubble contacting them and verifying the info.....nope never done. But they did work in a pinch over the summer while I was not working and couldn't afford to go back and get refitted and deal with all that crap for real lens.when I called to cancel I had no issues and it was easy.

The price is right, no doubt

Disappointed and upset! The customer service was helpful but unable to clear up my problem. I called because I received a second package of contacts. Confused, I looked inside to confirm that it was contacts and thought maybe you had sent another package for free. A few days later, I saw on my credit card that I had been charged for that package. When I called to get a refund, they told me how to return the contacts. Although there was no tracking number so I could confirm you had received it. After I sent them back, I noticed the fine print on the confirmation e-mail that was sent to me. If “opened” it there would be no refund. The contacts themselves were never taken out or opened only the outer package. This is unfair as it was a mistake. If I don’t get a refund than I should at least get the contacts back. Finally, there must have been something in the order that said I had agreed to have more conacts sent to me and my credit card should be charged. This was not clear or made known in the advertisement. I will be sure to warn others about the misleading words in the message ie. “free”. I will not recommend Hubble to anyone.

I think that this is a good service, but I was disappointed with a couple of things; a few contacts were split in half, for example, and sometimes the contacts hurt my eyes when I put them in. Also, they raised the price from 33 to 36 dollars, and I didn't get an email letting me know that was going to happen. I did cancel my subscription, and that was done with no problems. So while I'm not thrilled with this service, it wasn't horrible.

Advertised 2-wk free trial but it becomes actually less than a week by the time you receive the package and before they would charge your card. IF you receive it, because the address was incorrect on the shipment despite providing it correctly. Very poor customer service from abroad, no answer to above issues, just cut and paste nonsense replies. Domestic customer service not much better either, not trying to help with a solution or squeezing out a "we are sorry".

Helpful and informative

The reasons I'm marking down are: 1. Because I requested a call from someone and they e-mailed me instead and never called. I had a specific request that could not be handled because they ignored the request and processed my order without calling me. 2. Also, the contacts that we are receiving have not been great quality. They often dry out half way through the day and are uncomfortable.
