Hubble will not remove me from their email list despite using unsubscribe link multiple times and writing emails to request this be done. For some reason, you have to call an 800 number since Customer Service isn't the "right Department." They have now shared email address with Trustpilot. I am not interested in your emails or products or having my email shared.

Quick delivery, good product, good customer service.

Prescription was perfect. Deliveries were timely. Prices are unmatched! 4 Stars because there was not an option to stop delivery on the website, nor was there a phone number that I could find (might be on there, just couldn't find it easily). I had to go to my bank statement to get their phone number to call.

Tried to cancel my subscription and could never get anyone on the line. I hit option 2 to receive a call back and never did. The ad i saw said pay for shipping and get a free box of contacts. I had no idea the charges would keep happening.

Always great service, polite and on top of it all. Very refreshing!

The qualify of the contacts was inferior and dried out my eyes compared to the name brand. I tried to return an unopened box and was told that I could just write return to sender on it and the box came back to me. I contacted Hubble again and they said they no longer allowed that method so I used a mail slip they gave me. It's been more than a week since the second return and still no refund.

trying trying to get a hold of customer service is non-existent I sent an email to cancel my subscription after I found out I've got to have surgery to correct my vision and they gave me the biggest run around

I told someone you they gave me an eye problems and you would not even return my money. THANK YOU FOR THE PAIN AND SUFFERING.
