Sometimes, the first order takes a bit longer since we still need to reach out to your eye care provider for approval before shipping it, but after that, subscription boxes should not lead to any lapses in your lens supply since they are already expected. Hi, Nicky, We appreciate your time in providing feedback. We apologize for the confusion regarding your subscription. As per checking, on October 9, 2021, we sent you an email asking whether you would want to resume your subscription and receive 50% off your next 30 pairs of contact lenses. You consented by responding Yes to that email. Before canceling a customer's subscription at their request, we provide them with several alternatives for managing their subscription so that they can continue to get their contact lens shipment whenever they choose, which we did offer when you e-mailed us to cancel your subscription on March 2, 2022. We also use credit card updater services. American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover all offer services that help merchants keep their customers’ credit card information current. These services provide merchants with updated information, for customers whose accounts have new credit card numbers or updated expiration dates. Hence, we are able to process your order and ship out the package to the address we have on file.
