Signed up for a trial. I only wear contacts on occasions really so do not need an ongoing subscription. Fortunately I cancelled their authorisation but that doesnt stop them from attempting to take money out every month and sending an email telling me its been declined every few days. I told them to cancel the subscription and stop sending me emails but theyre insistent on making life hard and said I need to call in. Nobody has time for that so i've just blocked them from sending me emails in Gmail. Contacts were decent but its a shame the company has shady policies.

I have been trying to get a refund for contacts I didn't want, having followed the very specific returns process it is now over three weeks since I returned the contacts and Hubble are saying they haven't received them, which is hard to believe. I used their return label, made sure I didn't open the box before returning and got a proof of posting. I would warn anyone not to use Hubble, their whole business model seems designed to get money off people with no interest in retaining them as customers or refunding if items are unwanted. Having tried the trial pack and then realised I had to cancel the automatic subscription to avoid money being taken before I'd had a chance to work out if I was happy or not with the contacts - Hubble automatically subscribe you as part of the trial sign up and you can't cancel that subscription online you have to call them. I then rather foolishly, decided to look at Hubble again. I wanted to check what I'd ordered, there was only very basic info accessible via my online account so I clicked on the reactivate subscription link, assuming it would, as is good business practice, take me to a confirmation screen to show what I was reactivating, check my prescription was correct etc but it just automatically re-started the subscription. I couldn't cancel or deactivate it online and the phone number for cancelling a subscription didn't open till 9 am the next day. By the time I called the next morning they had already taken the money from my account and said the package was being processed so they couldn't cancel the order and I would have to return them for a refund. I must not open the box when it arrived and must use their return label. I made sure I followed their instructions carefully and took it to the post office, qued to hand it over in person and got a proof of posting. But in stark contrast to how quickly they took my money, it is now over three weeks later and I have had no refund or contact from Hubble outside of my calls to them. When I call they say it hasn't arrived yet and they can't do anything. It all seems very convenient as if they are hoping people will just give up on chasing a refund. I hope that I'm proved wrong, but so far despite the people on the phone being apologetic and full of platitudes I get the impression Hubble consider it more important to hold on to the money they took than provide a refund and retain a possible future customer.

Extremely comfortable. Saw a FB ad for a free trial, so gave it a go. Very impressed. Much more comfortable than my normal daily disposable lenses. Can barely feel them. Have signed up for regular order now & cancelled my Boots order.

So many hoops to jump through to try and cancel a poor product, lame attempt to make it hard to cancel, avoid at all costs

Husband sent email to cancel Still received box Still taking attempting to Take money He cannot wear these We now have 2 months supply which we can't use Tried calling no answer Operaters all busy Pressed2 for call back Still waiting Customer service is terrible

Ordered 'free' 10 day trial. 1) Unable to cancel online subscription that you are automatically enrolled into unless you ring them, when you do ring they attempt over and over to keep you. 2) They have claimed that the contacts have been delivered, I've never had an issue with my post, however they haven't been delivered and they refuse to replace or refund.

Sent an email cancellation as advised by their social media team. A week later and they’ve decided to take £27.00 from my account for an order I don’t want, and actually cancelled. Staff won’t reply when I question this and ask for a refund. Unacceptable customer service and more of a scam than anything else.
