I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. I talked to a man and cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. He didn't want to help me so I requested to speak to a manager and I got the run around that no manager was in and if I wanted one would call me back, but I never received a call. Despite the horrible customer service I sent the package back and it showed it arrived on the 3rd. It is now the 21st and I have yet to receive a refund. All I want is my money back and to be done with your company. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received.

It should be easier for a person to stop recieving contacts. You guys make it so a person has to cancel there card to take a break from receiving the contacts

they were very easy to use and always there on time. never ran out at any time.

Was scared to order contacts online but I get them every month like clock work and great price great products.
