Vorsicht! Anwalt eingeschaltet

Good idea, good product, what I don't like is that there is no customer service rep to reach, sometimes you just want a live person to help you out.

It is a pain to cancel auto orders and they only operate with auto orders. I have wayyy to many contacts now because I don't necessarily wear them every day. The contacts are good, some times not as comfortable as competing products such as acuvue.

Every month I get multiple emails saying that my credit card has been denied. I told them to take it out on the 3-5 to make sure there would be money in there. They said ok, no problem.I have been getting my granddaughters contacts every month alright so far. It’s been about 7 months now I think. I don’t want any interruptions because she will wear old ones. Also I would like to know for sure if it’s you asking for new credit card and why. You can not get the money before the third. Bottom line, so please let me no.

My eyes are constantly dry and irritated wearing these contacts. Have tried to give ample time for my eyes to adjust, but not happening. Will be canceling soon.
