Can not cancel subscription. I have called and no answer. They won’t do it online. And no option on the website. I was not happy with the way this company is not there for their customers. And if you send product back unopened it is not refunded. I have sent two boxes back and no response.

Hubble was the most convenient way to get my contacts. Fast delivery and no guessing games. Ive recommended Hubble to a few of my colleagues and they say it's one of the best subscription services out there.

We love Hubble! It is so affordable and reliable! They arrive right on time every month. The few times I have needed to communicate with customer service they have been quick to respond, super nice & helpful. The only complaint I have is that we have to throw away an average of 4-5 contacts a month because an edge is crinkled or they just dont fit right. Last month we even had a container with nothing in it. I havent even communicated this to customer service. I'm sure they will make it right. We will continue to use Hubble!

We've been using Hubble now for a while for my teenage daughter's contacts. No more running out of contracts and having to wait a week for an order. They come every month and have been good quality.
