Theyre very reliable, & the contacts they send me feel amazing. Its refreshing to not have one more thing to worry about ordering, they automatically take the money out of my account and in a few days they're in my mailbox. Very pleased!

You can't cancel your subscription. There's no cancellation button on their site and I've put in 5 tickets with support asking for my account to be cancelled, and they are still trying to charge me, spamming me with "Your credit card was declined" emails; yeah, it was declined because I got a new card because your system won't cancel my sub.
