No way to cancel unless you call and even then it's hard to get hold of someone. Also very hard to get your prescription changed. As a mom of 3 young children it was almost impossible to call to cancel since there is no option on their actual website to cancel. After many emails and many attempts to cancel we ended up just having our bank denying the charges because Hubble over drafted us several times after asking to have the service cancelled. I also sent back boxes like they told me to and I still have not seen 3 months worth of refund and the 1 I have seen was almost $10 less than original charge! Also as mentioned before no way to skip a month or any indication when money is about to be taken.

I like it just i keep finding that in almost all my new boxes there is at least one contact missing per side when i open it its just liquid

service is great but the contacts lack moisture and arent very comfortable

You won't let me cancel my subscription and your contacts make my eyes sore to the touch and painful that I have to go to the hospital

I love having daily contacts. It is the BEST and hubble makes that possible with their pricing. I hope/wish/want them to be in network with my insurance for me to get more of a refund then I do with them being out of network. I need them to have more providers in our area. Eye doctors do not like to hear that you are going with a product that they are not selling or prescribing. I wish they would do something different about the glue on the packaging. It is sometimes hard to get off and makes it difficult to get the contacts out. Other than that, THEY ARE GREAT!

I love Hubble Contacts. I love having a fresh pair to wear every day. The price is so reasonable compared to when I was wearing traditional contacts. I never have problems with the contacts or with delivery. I highly recommend using Hubble!!
