Low Quality Product but High Quality Customer Service. The contact lenses themselves aren't made with with quality. The product is inexpensive and convenient so for someone without full vision insurance coverage, this is an advantage. However, the lenses themselves dry out almost instantly. They aren't terribly comfortable and just generally aren't good quality. Customer service is really great though. Always receive a really quick response and everyone has always been very helpful/understanding. Right now there isn't a competitor on the market to provide the same experience/product at the same price.

Hubble has made my life so much easier!! Delivery is simple. The customer service is excellent and the contacts are comfy. I’ll never go back to my old brand. These are by far better quality and easier to wear. A+!

You won't let me easily stop the service. I'm to anxious to call and now I have to get useless contacts I can't wear every 3 months. Thanks for being a drain on my bank account.

I've never actually received the contacts. I keep getting charged. I'm not able to cancel online. I've contacted several "customer service" reps to get them to stop with no luck. I hate the company. They are dishonest spammers and I regret every interaction I've ever had with them.

Absolute Enttäuschung. Selbst für den monatlichen Preis von 29,95 Euro sind die Kontaktlinsen fragwürdig. Ich war qualitativ absolut nicht zufrieden. Ich habe per E-Mail gekündigt. Die Firma verlangte eine Anrufbestätigung. Eine Kündigung ist eine einzige Willenserklärung und Bedarf keinen Anruf. Das ist die absolute Frechheit der Firma um wieder etwas zu verkaufen. Die Firma zog mir einfach Geld ab und sendete mir wieder Kontaktlinsen zu. Ich habe Ihnen per E-Mail erneut klargemacht, dass ich gekündigt. Daraufhin kam ein Schreiben, dass mein Abo nun gekündigt ist und ich die Ware bei erhalten zurücksenden soll. Dazu ziehen Sie mir 5,00 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr ab. Eine Frechheit! Ich habe Fristgerecht gekündigt, habe die Arbeit mit der Rücksendung und soll dann noch Bearbeitungsgebühr zahlen? Habe der Firma dies noch einmal geschrieben. Keine Antwort mehr von Ihnen. Absolute Enttäuschung für den kleinen Verbraucher!
