Prescription was never verified to make sure it was correct and they didn't care when I told them it was expired. The customer service is horrible. Eye Dr says they are outdated materials/type contacts and he doesn't want any of his patients wearing them because there are much safer contacts out now

Sometimes have issues with the contacts fitting correctly. If they are flipped the wrong way or just really uncomfortable I can’t use saline to moisten then to fix them because for some reason that makes them drier. In turn I need to open a new pair and that’s an extra pair for the day. After a few hours of wearing then my eyes get really dry. I do like the convienence of delivery and being able to wear a fresh pair everyday. Before this I used monthly contacts. I like that I am not reusing things to put in my eyes. I do wish there was a way to recycle or let be know what parts are recyclable because it’s extra plastic waster

The quality of the lenses isn’t great, but I like the price and like that it’s a subscription and I don’t have to worry about reordering. I do wish that there were a couple extra lenses included in the boxes — we’ve all had a contact pop out, or one fall on the bathroom floor when trying to put them in.

Your contacts come in time for you to use so you don't run out and they also give you extra and it is pretty cheap to use compared to other contact companies.

For a while they had the shipments set up to where the contacts were coming too frequently, so I’ve had to cancel orders for like 3 times. I also have found that sometimes contacts will split and break and I’ll have to wear glasses instead.

I tried many big brand daily wear contacts that were very expensive with little success due to my dry eye issues. Hubble is the most comfortable lens and the most affordable price. I can wear them a few days a week now, thank you!

It’s pretty much impossible to cancel your subscription once you start. And they are horrible contacts. My ophthalmologist took one look and said they were extremely old technology and not healthy for my eyes. Plus, first hand, they either hurt the second I put them in or within eight hours of wearing them. The price is okay, but there are coupons on better products that make it not worth it.
