I love them an would refer anyone to Hubble

Hubble makes a great comfortable contact and a very reasonable price. And I’m happy they arrive in the mail so no need to run around and get them

Service is great and helpful contacts are mailed automatically; takes something off my busy plate of tasks. Would recommend to my family and friends. Only issue is if you have an astigmatism, Hubble does not offer contacts for this condition.

The contacts are not as soft as some of the premier companies. Sometimes they burn when you put them in and I have had to throw one or two a month away and grab a new lense. Overall they are useable and I have kept using them because of the cost and convenience. Would love them to get an update so the plastic used is more modern as compared to the ingredients used in lenses 20+ years ago.

First of all you can’t beat the price and the control you have over the frequency of the deliveries. The contacts are comfortable to wear but several times i have had some discomfort right after putting them in. Sometimes taking it out and flipping the contact the other way has been the only solution to get the discomfort to go away (as if they had a right way I !). Also if you plan to stay the night out put a fresh pair before going out because the one you wore during the day would get dry.

Repeatedly sent the wrong contacts after Dr told them prescription was wrong . Ugh . Went back to 1-800-contacts

The worst quality contacts I've ever had. Every second contact is either ripped, rippled, or has weird stains on it. They do not breath, get super dry super fast, and feel like sand in your eyer.

I love Hubble, but the one thing I don't like is that I don't get a "heads up" email alerting me that my box is about to ship. I have other subscription services that all let me know beforehand, so that I can adjust my order/timeline if need be. That would be my one request, to provide an alert a couple days before my order ships.
