Buenas tardes estoy leyendo los comentarios pero no quiero ofender tienen que quejaros tanto para hacer la vida imposible al personal Hubble. No saben lo que están diciendo yo las compré y van de maravilla, fáciles de poner i se ve bien i se sacan con facilidad y aún tengo un par de lentillas de reserva.

I actually really liked the contact lenses, after a free trial, but because I don’t wear contact lenses every day there was no point in receiving them monthly. I forgot to cancel the subscription, after the 30 days and when I got in contact with the company, they told me I had to send back the contacts first before they would refund me. Fine. They sent me a print out label and off I took them to the post office. It wasn’t until I contacted customer services, again, to see when I would receive my refund now that I had sent them back, that I was told it can take ‘A few weeks’ for the parcel to arrive at their warehouse in the NETHERLANDS and another FEW WEEKS for me to receive a refund. It has now been a few weeks, and I contacted customer service AGAIN, to see if the contacts had arrived at the warehouse, only to receive the exact same reply I had received before, it can take weeks blah, blah, blah. Customer service is poor, no help whatsoever. I am so glad I used PayPal to pay for them and I have now escalated it to them, in hopes they will get me my money back, because I have little faith I will get it back from the company myself. Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. Not telling a customer before they send back the contacts that it can take weeks, which I think is complete rubbish and they’re hoping I’ll give up and they can keep my money, NOPE, not happening.

Estoy intentando que me abonen unas lentillas que no llegaron , ya que no consigo contactar con ellos . las lentillas son caras y malas tanto envoltorio como el producto, alguna sale buena pero la mayoria se te cae el ojo al suelo con ella , no se aguantan mas de un minuto puestas . Las compre xq se suponia que me salian mas economicas que en mi optica pero cuando llegaron los cargos eran 10euros mas caras que en mi optica.

1-2 per box is ripped or dried from it opening in box. Cancellation is not easy

I wanted to like this product, but after my first box never arrived and I was refused a reimbursement I knew I was in for trouble. The company offered little support to me when I tried to cancel. I was unable to call the customer service number and they made little effort to accommodate that. I thought I had cancelled, but I was charged for ANOTHER month. The second box never arrived and I had to go through it all again, now I'm out way more money than I can afford. I feel let down by this company, the way they treat customers is despicable.

Even though at first, I thought they were flimsy as compared to the expensive ones, I thought they were much more comfortable. I really liked the timeliness of delivery, and the price point could not be beat. I cannot wait for them to develop their product to include my new prescription!!
