This was a life changer! As someone who doesn't wear contacts every day, but needed an affordable option, this absolutely gave me the flexibility to wear contacts whenever I wanted.

Warte seit 2 Monaten auf eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 60€. Ich werde jedesmal vertröstet. Gefühlt ist niemand greifbar!

WARNING! There is fine print saying that even if you change your delivery schedule, it will not be valid until you get charged full price 15 days after your original order. I made my first order and immediately changed my delivery schedule to 56 days because I don't wear contacts that often. Turns out, these contacts do not work for me. Absolutely unwearable. I go to cancel (you have to call) and find they charged me for another order already! I contact customer service and I'm told there is nothing they can do because of their fine print. Scam

Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience that you had with your delivery schedule. As you mentioned, there is a notification there when you change your delivery schedule that lets you know that your changes do not take effect until after your first charge. We are also more than happy to help delay your first order if you contact our customer service team prior to being charged. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Best, Vanessa
