I can never log in to skip an order when I need to and you no longer send remember emails when order is about to be shipped.
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 7, 2025
Thanks for sharing this, Amy! We’re sorry the login’s been giving you trouble. You can always update or skip an order directly in your portal account, but if it’s not working, our team’s happy to help and get it sorted right away. Sincerely, The Hubble Contacts Team

I have been a long time customer and appreciate the value and my contacts being delivered right to my door. It’s so much improved compared to years ago. I would mention that the recent increase in shipping to $7 a month is very steep. The pricing is too high for a lightweight $36 shipment but I was not ever notified that there would be an increase. Minus a star for those reasons
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 14, 2025
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Janine! We truly appreciate your loyalty and are so glad you’ve found our service convenient over the years. The price increase came from new tariff adjustments, but as a valued customer, we’ve reverted your account to your previous price and issued a refund for the difference for your last five orders. You’ll receive an email shortly with more details. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
