Hydro by Hubble & Customer Service
The hydro by hubble are so comfortable. I love how hygienic they feel with not having to touch the inside of the lens. Customer service is also lovely to deal with. They're very helpful and I always feel valued as a client.

I’ve been buying my contacts from you…
I’ve been buying my contacts from Hubble for around 6 years. I’ve never had any issues until the past year. I depend on getting my contacts in a timely manner. I cannot see without them. My order processed September 17th and it wasn’t shipped until a few days ago. I’ve had to rewear the same pair for almost a week now. I contacted customer service multiple times and it took days to get a response. Once they finally shipped they weren’t even shipped expedited and I am still waiting for them to arrive. This happened a few months ago as well. I’m highly considering cancelling my subscription and going through my eye doctor again. It would save me money and stress anyway.

Hey Brianna, we totally get how frustrating it must’ve been waiting on your contacts, especially when you rely on them daily. We’ve looked into this delay and flagged it to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We’ve also processed a replacement order with expedited shipping to make things right. Our team will be reaching out via email shortly for more details and ensure everything’s back on track for you. Sincerely, The Hubble Contacts Team

I love my contacts
I love my contacts, but the website sucks. It is not user friendly. The log in rarely works and I have to chat with a representative. So annoying
