not everyone has the same size eye so making the contacts all the same size sucks and you should send out reminders when you are about to charge accounts again so people can remember to skip a shipment and dont end up with a surplus of contacts if they dont need them

The average gap of how many contacts you recieve to how many days until next shipped makes no sense. You end up having to reuse some. They also, mess up shipping every now and then. Overall the convenience of not having to go to a store is prob the best part but, not thrilled. I gave 3 stars bc the quality isnt bad.

Contacts are great for the price, they become a little uncomfortable towards the end of the day but all in all I really like this company!

Contact lenses are good quality but pricing is high. Surprised shipping is not free either. Customer service does take awhile to contact you back. Found a better deal elsewhere so ended up cancelling monthly subscription.

I saw an ad on Facebook to try these contacts for $1 shipping. I’ve worn contacts for close to 20 years, so I know how expensive they are. I decided to give Hubble a try and they were HORRIBLE. From the instant I placed these into my eyes I was in extreme pain. Nothing tried eased the pain. Furthermore my vision was skewed in these contacts for the few minutes I wore them. Without notice, they charged my card and sent me MORE of these cheaply made atrocities. It took multiple emails to customer service to finally be removed from their subscription. Just a horrible experience all around

Contacts are good customer service notgood

Some contact were good, but most were poor quality and even had lint and particle in the suppose to be sterile packages.my eyes got very irritated and i got an eye infection. When i tried to cancel i wrote 2 letters to the company, tried emailing various times and tried to cancel my subscription over the phone with no luck. They continued to withdraw the money from my account for six months after i canceled the subcription and was unable to get ahold of customer service. I would return to sender the lenses and only recieve a partial refund so I eventually had to cancel my credit card so they could no longer charge me.
