Let people cancel subscriptions online!!
It’s 2019, you shouldn’t have to call.

We have this in place for several reasons, the main reason being that it allows us to have a more personalized experience with our customer base, and also allows us to resolve issues that are the cause of cancellation in the first place. So far I have enjoyed using your…
So far I have enjoyed using your contacts there has been a couple of times where I opened it and there was nothing in them but other than that I have no problem wearing them and they’re always on time

Love them but pricey
Love them. Sometimes they can get super dry though and its really hard to take them out. Would give 5 stars if they were a little cheaper or there was an option for weekly lenses.

You may find that over-the-counter re-wetting drops may be a relief for dryness. Additionally, we are concentrating on selling daily disposable lenses, but we've sent some more information to your email. Best, Samantha
