Great quality and good customer service

Love getting them delivered right to my front door! Good quality!

They make the subscription model work smoothly and easily, but I have not found the lenses themselves to be as comfortable as other single-use brands. Also, it would be helpful if they let customers permanently change the frequency of their deliveries--since I don't wear contacts every day, I end up having to go on the Hubble site whenever I remember and skip upcoming deliveries manually.

I think the contacts are of good quality, and I enjoy not having a stockpile of boxes for my dailies. However, often the contacts come inverted in the individual packaging - meaning when I open one to use it, it is flipped inside out. This isn't such a big deal if it wasn't so difficult to figure out which way is up. I have to hold each contact up to the light and rotate it around to find the "hub" letters printed backwards, since I can't rely on the concave/convex shape which is nearly indistinguishable with this brand.

The fact that I have to call or chat with a representative to cancel my subscription, instead of just interacting with your website, means I will never be doing business with you again. I'll also be telling my friends not to use your service. It's scummy.

Alle sehr freundlich, top schnelles Versenden, KEINE Abofalle, sondern klar kommuniziert. Leider habe ich die Kontaktlinsen nicht vertragen, sodass ich das Abo nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnte. Aber durch einen Anruf unter einer kostenfreien Rufnummer wurde das Abo aufgelöst und ich hatte 1 Minute später eine Bestätigung per Email. Also feiner Laden, aber leider passen Produkt und meinen Augen nicht zusammen...

I love not having to worry about ordering my next pack of contacts. And they usually fit fairly well. Every once in a while I get a dud which is why I couldn’t leave 5 stars. But love ‘em.
