Asked them to cancel multiple times and they refused to refund. Instead sent me several months worth and after that STILL charged my account after I told them not to.

I had to cancel because it was irritating my eyes and turning them red. I had emailed Hubble because I had tried to cancel the subscription on 9/5/19 but for some reason it was not cancelled. I noticed a charge and emailed the company they are telling now it is too late! They can't give me a refund. I spoke to customer service and a supervisor and they are being unreasonable I would I need contacts that hurt my eyes. They are telling that it is a medical class whatever and they can't refund it. First of all they didn't have the courtesy to call me and just emailed me! On you of that their hours of operation on during my work hours and I am unable to get to get on a phone. What the hell am I going to do with a month of contacts I cannot wear. Why is it so hard for them to refund that back?!! This is just obnoxious! This is the worst service I have had in long time.

I've never left a review for anything in my life but I'm taking the time to do this one. Please save your time and money and DO NOT buy these. The lenses are uncomfortable and cheap. If you try to cancel your subscription make sure you CALL. Emailing won't work.

I only signed up for the free trial via Instagram. Gave them my card details thinking it was just to cover the 2.50 post and packing. Next thing I'm being sent lenses every 2 weeks. Its virtually impossible to cancel the reoccurring order via their website. The lenses themselves are poor quality. Very thick and uncomfortable compared to well known brands. Personally, I had 2 or 3 lenses a week which had to be removed and thrown away after 5 minutes because they didn't sit right. Could just be the shape of my eye but these are not something I could recommend.

I would like to order my contacts again.

When I got my Hubble it was nice to see good and I did not have to go pick them up it was easy to be shipped right to my door. When I go for my appointment I will get my Hubble off of you again. Thanks Freda Sigler
