The tracking is hit or miss. The process of ordering and shipment notifications needs improvement. The majority of the time I have no idea when my order has shipped or is arriving.

I love that they come every month without ordering.But they are more expensive than 1800 contacts

I have been trying to cancel my account for months. Have called support and have been told it's been canceled, yet I still get charged and continue to get contacts in the mail. Horrible Customer Service.

I generally love them but I occasionally have an issue separating the individual lense packs which results in the attached pack tearing. Then I need to either use that one or it dries out. Generally I notice and am able to use it but sometimes I don’t notice, then I have to throw that lense out.
