Although I like the convenient ordering…
Although I like the convenient ordering for contacts, I am very disappointed in the quality. My eyes dry out way too quickly inside of two hours. And I have taken out fresh contacts to only find they have been inverted in the sealed container, only after placing them in my eyes to experience pain at first insertion! Not a happy moment when your eye immediately starts to water!

Not good
First of all, I though the contacts will be good. The first box was ok, not as good as my other contact lenses but decent enough. The second box, however, showed the true colours. Some of the contact lenses containers were opened so the lenses dried out. The contacts dry out in my eye so quickly and are quite uncomfortable. Interestingly, this discomfort is present only some days and it nearly seems to me that each contact has a different shape. Also, you have to call to cancel the subscription. You cannot just cancel it online.

Gave me the wrong size contacts for…
Gave me the wrong size contacts for over a year. Called and was told that they don't make me size.WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION FOR OVER A YEAR.

I really hate when you get in on the…
I really hate when you get in on the ground floor with a company and you pay a reasonable monthly price only for them to up the price on you when they get larger as a company !!? I hope companies can start a LOYALTY plan... like, lock in your rate, and keep the rate if you stay loyal with the company and don’t leave. For monthly subscription companies this could be golden!

Really love the customer service

They give you expired contacts and…
They give you expired contacts and don't actually verify your Contact Lens order, they call the office and ask if they can play a recording and when the person answers yes they hang up. They have tried calling our office several times and ask can you hear me and when you say yes they just hang up. We've started not answering their calls at all or hanging up on them.
