Eventually starts to add up, but extremely pleased with Hubble! Very convenient for anyone looking for a shortcut.

Hubble makes great contacts and the delivery is super fast.

Terrible customer service. They canceled my membership without my knowledge (my perscription expired and I didnt know but charged me for contacts they never sent). I go a new eye exam set up a new account and they sent me the trial contacts but canceled it again for who knows what reason. They said they lost my doctors info so I sent it to them once again. They had to have his approval before sending the trial. So now I am without contacts and they just keep saying the deleted my account since the doctor denied it. I called the doctor and he said they gave them everything they asked for and approved my perscription. This company is a joke! They arent even trying to fix it. It's a shame because I really liked the contacts.

Great company, and they make it so easy. But I'm not a fan of the lenses. I find that when I put them on for the first time there's a bit of dirt (it seems). I have to wash it with solution so it feels comfortable. I've actually stopped my subscription because of this. I came from acuvue lenses that were just so comfortable, especially out of the box. Hubble lenses make my eyes dry at the end of the day too. Maybe my eyes are a bit more sensitive? I don't know.

This website is off to a great start, but would really benefit from a few key features. Customers should be able to pause and restart subscriptions when needed (there is a skip function now which is great, but there could be a “ship right away” option for when you skipped one too many times and need more). Customer support chat messaging would also be helpful. Will there be an app in the future?
