They double charge your creditcard and…
They double charge your creditcard and wont refund had to chargeback from the bank

Poor customer support
I tried to deactivate my account months ago and I had received a charge. I went to ask for a refund and they refused, saying they ship as soon as they take the money out of the bank account. I have never had any issues with any other business cancelling an order after it ships, but you think they would send reminders saying they will charge your card months after not purchasing any more contacts. I really feel like there is no fall back support. If you get charged for a product, you should be able to immediately cancel and get a refund if you catch it moments after you get charged.
