they have charged for me 27 pound for contacts when I had changed the date of my subscription over a month in advice to the 11th December, I have emailed twice and yet no reply, but have sent me a email to rate their customer service in which I have received none.

They are fragile. I have had to throw a few out due to folding/tearing but, once on the eye the quality is just fine. Plus you can’t beat the price !

Started using again with new prescription and I had problems with half of the box. They feel like they don't cover my eye to see correctly. I want to order another month supply but not sure since I wasted a half of box.

Stared off ok, been with them maybe 2 years. Now there’s always a good 10-20% of lenses that either are gritty, or feel like the wrong prescription in each box. I’m going back to daysoft who I was with for 8 years - more comfortable lenses and a fraction of the price
