Great lenses, excellent service

Many of my prepackaged contacts had no solution in them making them unusable. I

These contacts did not work for me. After trying them, I asked over email to cancel my subscription. I was charged for another month and was told I can only cancel with and agent over the phone during business hours. Bad Customer service

Excellent. Always on time and easy to get in contact with.

The contacts were ordered for my daughter. She could not see when she got them in and when she contacted the company to try and get a different pair she was never even offered anything of such. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that we received and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I get my contacts every month and they arrive before my last shipment runs out. I'm never without contacts. The packaging is very cute and modern and the contacts are comfortable. I live in the dessert and I live a very active lifestyle and my contacts last all day.

I love it! The only suggestion I have is that the shipping should be spaced out more. It seems to come every three weeks and it adds up over time. I don’t need that many.

The shipping and service was great but the quality of the contacts were subpar. My eyes would feel dry mid-day. These contacts never lasted the full day. I would have to pop them out and switch back to glasses after a couple hours of use. I’ve never experienced this with other brands I’ve tried.
