Horrible 0-10 costumer service. Refused to cancel my prescription over email. Unable to call during normal business hours because I work. Instead have to cancel each month until I can eventually take time off work to cancel contacts that CANNOT even send the correct prescription and REFUSES TO CORRECT their mistake. Tried asking to contact manager they refused. Tried filing a complaint on Better business bureau but they are not registered. I would give 0 out of 10 if this was an option.

Hubble sucks. They won't cancel your order when you ask them too. Then they continue to bill your credit in debit cards. Then they continue to email four email and hound you, when you cancel a card so they can't bill you. The products are awful and hurt my eyes within 1/hr of putting them into my eye. Don't do it!! Highly DON'T recmemd them at all.

It’s so unfortunate they are screwing up a really awesome concept. I’ve used Hubble for over three years and only in the past year or so, was denied renewal saying I haven’t been “fitted” for Hubble contacts a few times. Come on! I’ve been wearing contacts for over ten years If they get it together, I’ll gladly continue the subscription where I left off. In fact, it was them that cancelled it multiple times, even with up to date prescriptions (FOR CONTACTS!) on file religiously. Have some common sense, Hubble. You’re missing out on revenue from me.

Contacts did Not fit my eyes. Hubble would Not take back unopened shipments and refused to stop my next shipment. I'm stuck with 15 pairs of contact lens that I cannot wear.

Love the service and the the fact I never run out of contacts. However, these are not always the most comfortable contacts which I have used

Makes contacts affordable & are a very good lens for the money
