Cancellations must be done by phone. My prescription is expired and I still have to call in if I want to cancel. I don’t have the time or energy to call in and listen to the pleadings not to cancel.

I don't like it because they took about 400 dollars of my money they tell you to try them then when I called them then texted them the said wrong company texted them no response but keep going into my account had to get a new card I would love to get my money back and the contact had my eyes irritated red swollen hurting blurry and my vision was like that about a week to get clear with medicine

Fine product, but if you ever have to deal with customer service, STEER CLEAR. They sent me the wrong prescription TWICE, then charged me $40 to send me the same incorrect prescription. I emailed customer service and they refused to give me refund, and then have been ignoring me since.

I love my contacts, I also love how I can get then from the mailbox. Perfect fit, and clear vision. Thank you!
