I didn’t get my refund back and you…
I didn’t get my refund back and you guys scammed me. I signed up for subscription when you guys first came out and opened up online and it was Convenient So I did a monthly thing. I emailed you guys and you guys told me to send it back “send it back to sender” and get a full refund I was waiting... and waiting and never got my money back I returned like 10 boxes (I wasn’t home). You guys scammed me. :( I was really mad about it cause I’m a student and I needed the refunded money for something else like books or Something . I still have student loans too I need to pay off. and you guys emailed me back and said I scammed you guys. I still want the money back... I just bit my tongue and just thought you guys never wanted to and you guys blocked me from buying more from my address and email and credit card. I couldn’t buy anymore.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company only cares about taking your money and not about your actual wants as a consumer. Will never recommend or buy from Hubble contacts. If I could give a negative five-star review I would.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Very uncomfortable lenses and they make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription.

I can’t cancel my subscription and I keep getting charged for contacts I don’t want.

Terrible Experience, Literally Horrified
Tried them out, and was then auto-charged $39.99 for the next order, without consent to charge my card.

The contacts tore easy and were hard to…
The contacts tore easy and were hard to keep in. I cancelled my contacts and they still sent them to me twice and them kept sending me a email that my credit care would not go through. It took several more phone calls to finally get them to stop emailing me.
