Contacts arent great quality
Contacts arent great quality, they dry out my eyes really badly, and it's not easy to cancel. You have to call them in a window of normal work hours, no cancellations online or through email, which is super annoying! Unless you're really desperate I don't recommend them.

Unable to cancel!
Tried to cancel and couldn't get through to the company, so now I still receive contacts every February that are the wrong subscription and that are not comfortable. I return them to sender but I think I'm still getting charged for them.

Provide Online Account Deletion
Hubble does not have a way to delete an account online. Forcing us to call customer service to remove us from your system is archaic and it is why I have never recommended it to anyone. I have had to push my next delivery schedule back regularly rather than simply having a portal to remove the account. This is a clear and obvious tactic to retain customer information by causing an inconvenience rather than using readily available technology to make this process easier. Either they are directly trying to be malicious or they haven't thought about this part of their service; either answer suggests bad news for this company.

Good quality contacts reasonably priced…Better than 1-800 Contacts

Ok, but 1 in 10 are flawed.
The contacts for the most part fit well and of course improve my vision. However I have to throw away about 1 in 10 as they make me feel like I have something in my eye. I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue. But the only reason I stay with them is for how inexpensive they are and for the fact that they set me a free box to make up for the trash ones.
