The contacts were good but the customer service was terrible. I was charged for a subscription before I received my trial box in the mail. Since I wanted to try them out first, I sent back the subscription. They told me I had to get it back to them within 15 days of my receiving it in order to get a refund (reasonable) but it took them 73 days and 3 emails/phone calls to refund me. They were even a little short on the refund, about $20 less than what I paid. THEN I found out that they didn’t cancel my subscription so I was charged again and sent another 3 months worth of contacts. When I talked to customer service again I was told that they would send me a box so I could ship them back for free. That was a month and a half ago and I haven’t received the box.

Ces lentilles sont affreuses, elles assèchent les yeux et sont très rigide. De plus le service à la clientèle est inexistant. Les agents qui répondent aux questions sont toujours vague et n’ont jamais de réponse concrète. C’est une grosse arnaque, lorsque vous décidez d’annuler votre abonnement. Cela peut seulement être fait par téléphone et ils vous chargeront juste avant de procéder à l’annulation. Ce sont des voleurs!!

Lenses are uncomfortable, I don't want them, and I HATE that I have to call to cancel. You need to make it possible to cancel an account without calling. Chat is always a good option.

Absolutely outrageous company! They have a great sign up experience but to cancel subscription you need to call an international number. There is no option in the account section to cancel. Be careful and DO NOT order from them, there are much better companies out there.

I have tried to cancel my subscription so many times but they keep charging me every month! DO NOT BUY! Attention Trust Pilot! Do not buy from this company.

Honestly the biggest problem was my own fault, and I didn't have a chance to end my subscription before the charged me again. These contacts are junk. They barely fit, they do not confirm your prescription with your doctor like they say they do. They dry my eyes out like no other. After about 4 hours of wear I couldn't wait to get the out.
