Customer service was great
The Contacts are great for the price, the convenience is awesome. But the prices are getting to expensive. The customer service team helped me out and I will be staying with them for the future, thanks again.

My Prescription Refill
I was trying to find out if you received my latest prescription which I sent to Go Visibly last week. But, I never received a confirmation from Hubble. Other than that, I'm always pleased with your service and have been a customer for many years.

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that your prescription was not dispensed through Visibly, and they recommended that you see an in-person eye doctor for an updated exam. As a result, your subscription has been canceled for now. Once you obtain and submit an updated prescription, we'd be happy to help reactivate your subscription and get you set up again. Shipping Company
The product and your company is not the problem here. The delivery company in. My product was left outside my closed gate on Sunday after dark and in the rain. I do not appreciate my items that are very expensive being treated like that. I would love to see how I can have these shipped differently.
