I canceled over a month ago yet was still charged for and sent another moth supply. This is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately I won’t be using Hubble or recommending Hubble in the future
Response from Hubble ContactsJun 4, 2026
Hi Hannah, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the error with the charge after your cancellation. After reviewing your email correspondence, our team has processed a full refund for that final charge. Please feel free to keep the box when it arrives. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know; we’re here to help! Best regards, Hubble Contacts Team

Convenient and affordable but I have noticed that when I open a brand new pair many times they are torn or have a small sort of fiber on them. I have had to throw multiple pairs away leaving me with a lack of contacts at the end of the month. I’m not sure if this is the case with all types of Hubble contacts, I don’t remember this being an issue with the Hubble Classic Daily’s when I used them years ago, but it is frustrating the amount of contacts I have had to toss since using the Hydro by Hubble Daily.
Response from Hubble ContactsJun 4, 2026
Hi Allegra, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We love that you appreciate our convenience and prices, but we are so sorry that your switch to the Hydro dailies has been met with quality issues. We have processed a replacement order to make up for the pairs you had to throw away, and we’ve sent an email to gather more information along with some care and handling tips for our hydro lenses to help ensure a great experience moving forward! All the best, Hubble Contacts Team
