Delivery always take so long..
Response from Hubble ContactsApr 14, 2020
Hi Carmencita, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear your deliveries have not been arriving on time. That is frustrating, and part of what we are happy to offer is the convenient month to month delivery. For the time being, a solution would be to change the interval between charges to 26 days. This should help minimize the delivery time, to make up for weekends and other delaying factors. We'll continue to look into the issue on our end if you do not see an improvement. Let me know if this is how you'd like to move forward, and I'll set this up for you by sending us an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot". We are always trying to improve our service, in every aspect, so feedback from customers like you is very much appreciated, and taken into consideration! Best, Samantha
