They sent me the wrong prescription I told them 4.25 and they sent me a .75 my vision was super blurry and I could never reach customer service to correct the prescription so that I could give them a fair try. Then they sent out the wrong contacts again and charged my account $40... Tried calling Customer Service again just for them to correct and replace still no assistance. To me that is bad business.

No returns? Even if you moved and will never receive your box? Low quality contacts as well. Awful experience. Should have known it was to good to be try. I have no eye insurance and I’d rather pay out of pocket for an actual eye doctor than these contacts. Not worth your time or money.

You were charged for your subscription box because you did not change the date or contact us to alter your delivery schedule. We are not pausing subscriptions without being asked to do so, as many people still do need their contact lenses. We, unfortunately, don't refund valid charges nor accept a return for a refund. This was a general business decision made to help protect the safety regulations of our contacts. Since these are class II medical devices it takes longer to inspect them upon return and was causing problems and delays for our customers. Rest assure you that our replacement policies are still intact and if there is a problem caused by the business that we would be happy to replace. This information was stated on our website and on our terms of service. It's so easy to get started and you get quality contacts delivered right to your door every month. If you need to skip a shipment then you can. Simple and easy. They even contact your eye doctor to get your prescription. Try Hubble and trust me, you will not be disappointed. You'll wonder why you weren't using their service all along. Thank you Hubble!!
