I’ve been wearing these contacts for years. I recommend them to anybody who wants good context for a reasonable price on a budget. I meant to try the glasses. I need to do that, I want to think humble for being a reliable company and also been a company that also cares about their customers.

It started with me ordering a free offer from Hubble and somehow I ordered the wrong Rx. I gave them away to someone who could use the prescription.Thought no more of it and then suddenly was getting contacts every quarter. I tried uselessly to cancel and then a month ago a gentleman named Eric listened to my story and while he was unable to take any returns, he agreed to cancel my membership and send me my proper Rx at a large discount to try them out this coming December and at that point I can cancel if i want. He was polite, understanding and helpful

Delivery service has become terrible. Whoever they are using now before it gets to FedEx is not updating their site. So far it has taken 11 days since shipment, and the estimated delivery date has passed by 4 days. Product is fine, but shipment makes it almost not worth the struggle. Customer service is nice, but there is nothing they can do to expedite.
