Quality contacts and always on time
The Hubble contact lenses have high quality and are super comfortable. But the best is the service, after using it for more than 3 years they are still super reliable and always on time.

Impossible to cancel subscription
I just didn’t love them, and it was physically impossible for me to cancel my subscription. Every time I went to manage my account I hit a dead end. Every time I reached out to customer service, I was unable to find any way to contact any person. They kept charging me and sending me contacts I didn’t want and I finally had to cancel my card and get a new one, and now I get monthly emails about how my card was declined. When Hubble I am the reason I even cancelled the card.

Pros/Cons
Pros: I love the convenience of receiving my daily contacts thru the mail by subscribing with Hubble’s. I love that they fit well and they’re comfortable! Cons: I don’t like that it does not have the feature of providing a tracking code on my account when I log in online so I that I can find out where exactly is it located. I don’t like that I have to call customer service to get the tracking code.

Nog nooit problemen gehad
Nog nooit problemen gehad! Ben denk ik inmiddels al meer dan 2 jaar een klant en ontvang elke maand mn lenzen. Ook altijd goede ervaring gehad met de klantenservice. Kan het zeker aanraden op alternatief van alle overprices lenzen aanbieders in Nederland
