Hi La'Tanya, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It’s great that you are enjoying your Hubble Contacts experience. We started Hubble so you don't have to choose between your health and your wallet. Our contacts are barely a dollar a day, so you can finally afford to wear fresh lenses as much as you like. We appreciate your feedback! Cheers, Roxanne

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM
Strongly recommend not subscribing to this company as they make it extremely difficult to cancel. Both myself and my girlfriend took out a subscription with Hubble in 2018 - the lenses were not comfortable so we tried to cancel - BUT - you can only cancel by calling (which you’d maybe think is bizarre for an “online” company - until you realise it’s really a scam). So what you can do is delay the next time you get lenses - so that’s what we did at the time - then happily forgot about Hubble. We thought that by the time they tried to send our payment method would have expired - but then last week both our accounts get charged £27. It is extremely difficult to cancel. Don’t worry they say - send them back to us unopened with some random postage label - which is not tracked and which my post office doesn’t recognise! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hi Grant, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that these lenses were not comfortable and for the trouble cancelling and returning the lenses. Our system will automatically restore once there is a card update and/or charge your account again. Hubble is designed to be a subscription based program and we'll continue to provide your lenses until you've unsubscribed. To cancel the contract, you can either call or complete the cancellation form available immediately on our Terms of Supply. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Please could you contact me at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot"? We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Best, Roxanne
